Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account and game data: The Game identifies you automatically with a player account. It stores a randomly generated device identifier, the username you choose, your level, league points (RP), match results, the cosmetics you own and your in-game currency (gold) balance.
• Game Center (iOS): If you are signed in to Game Center, the player ID provided by Apple is linked to your account so we can restore it on other devices. Your Game Center profile is not shared with us.
• Purchase records: In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details. The transaction ID and store receipt are processed to verify purchases.
• Online match data: In online matches your character's position, movements and username are sent to your opponent. Your IP address is processed by the match server to connect you.
• Notifications: If you allow notifications, a push token is stored so we can notify you (e.g. friend invites).
• Crash and performance logs: If the Game crashes or errors, your device model, operating system, game version, error details and player ID are recorded so we can fix the problem.
• Advertising data: The Game contains optional rewarded ads. Our ad partner may process your advertising identifier (on iOS only with your permission), approximate location derived from your IP address and ad interactions.

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number or precise location.

2. Why we use data

• To provide the Game, save your progress and restore it across devices
• To run online matches, friends, invites and leaderboards
• To verify purchases and prevent cheating
• To find and fix bugs and improve the Game
• To show rewarded ads (only when you choose to watch one)

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers needed to run the Game:

• Microsoft Azure PlayFab: player accounts, progress, economy, leaderboards
• Photon (Exit Games): online match connectivity
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: notifications
• Sentry: crash and performance logs
• Google AdMob: rewarded ads
• Apple and Google: app stores, payments, Game Center

These providers may process data on servers outside Turkey (e.g. the EU and the US). We do not sell your data.

4. Ads and consent

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before showing ads; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Account → Privacy options in the Game. On iOS your advertising identifier is used only if you allow it in Apple's "Allow tracking" prompt; you can change this in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The whole Game works even if you decline.

5. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your game data is deleted within 30 days. Crash logs are kept for up to 90 days. Purchase records we must keep by law are retained separately.

6. Your rights and account deletion

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing and to request a copy of your data. To delete your account and all game data, follow the steps on the Account Deletion page or email us at [email protected].

7. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS); the game economy and purchase verification run on the server.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will announce significant changes in the Game or on this page.
