Account Deletion
You can delete your Chainhook account and all game data (username, progress, league points, cosmetics, gold balance, friends list).
In the game
Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account and confirm. Your account is closed immediately and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
By email
If you can't access the game, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion" and include your username. We complete requests within 30 days.
Good to know
- Deletion cannot be undone; gold and cosmetics are not refunded.
- Purchase records may be kept separately where required by law.
- There are no subscriptions; your purchases remain on your Apple or Google account.
