Terms of Use
Last updated: October 26, 2026
By downloading or playing Chainhook (the "Game") you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. License
Galora Games grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to play the Game on your own devices. All rights in the Game and its content belong to Galora Games.
2. Account and username
The Game creates an account for you automatically. Your username must not impersonate others or contain insults, hate speech or inappropriate language; otherwise we may change your username or suspend the account.
3. In-game currency and purchases
Gold is a virtual currency used only to buy cosmetic items in the Game (hooks, profile frames, etc.). It has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Purchases are made through Apple or Google; refunds are subject to the store's policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
4. Code of conduct
Cheating, automation software, exploiting bugs, attacking our servers or harassing other players is prohibited. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules without notice.
5. Availability
We may update the Game, change features or discontinue online services with reasonable prior notice. Online matches require an internet connection.
6. Limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Game.
7. Privacy
How your data is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
