Terms of Use

1. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. All rights in the Game, including its code, art, sound, names and logos, belong to us or our licensors.

2. Virtual currency and items

Gold, boosters, lives and other virtual items can only be used in the Game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are non-refundable except where required by law. You receive a license to use them, not ownership. We may change their amounts, prices and effects to keep the Game balanced.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases, such as gold packs, No Ads and special offers, are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refund requests are handled under Apple's and Google's refund policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Ads

The Game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch for a reward (for example 2x gold, free gold or +1 life). The No Ads purchase removes interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain available and optional. Ads are provided by third-party networks, and we are not responsible for their content or the products they promote.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, automation tools or modified versions of the Game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Game or its servers.
• Choose a display name or avatar that is offensive, obscene, hateful, impersonates someone else, infringes others' rights or is otherwise unlawful.
• Use the Game in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

6. Leaderboard and name moderation

Your display name, avatar and total stars are shown publicly on the League leaderboard. We may review, change, hide or remove names and avatars that break these Terms, and we may reset rankings or remove scores that result from cheating or errors.

7. Changes to the Game

We may update the Game, add or remove features or content, or stop offering the Game. Some features, such as cloud save and the League, require an internet connection.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access, reset your progress or delete your account if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts within the legal limits. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
