Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your Candy Trails account and all data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Candy Trails data".
- Include your player name so we can find your account.
What we delete
Within 30 days of your request we delete your account, your cloud save and your League leaderboard entry. We will confirm by email when it is done.
Good to know
- Uninstalling the Game removes the data stored on your device, but it does not delete your account or cloud save. To delete those, send the email above.
- Deletion cannot be undone. Gold, boosters and other virtual items are lost and not refunded.
- Apple and Google may keep records of your purchases as required by law. These are managed by them, not by us.
