Terms of Use

1. Who can play

The Games are for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian, especially for purchases.

2. License

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Games for non-commercial purposes. All rights in the Games, including their code, art, sound, names and logos, belong to Galora Games or its licensors.

3. Accounts and player codes

Some Games create an account automatically on your device and give you a player code, or let you sign in with a platform account. Your player code gives access to your progress, so do not share it. If you lose your code and change devices, we may not be able to restore your progress.

4. Virtual currency and items

Virtual currency (such as diamonds or coins), items and rewards can only be used in the Game where you got them. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred. You receive only a license to use them. To keep a Game balanced, we may change their amounts, prices and effects.

5. Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are also subject to that store’s terms. Digital content is delivered as soon as you confirm a purchase, so where the law allows, your right of withdrawal ends at delivery. Purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or under the store’s refund policy. If something goes wrong with a purchase, please contact us first.

6. Subscriptions

Some Games offer auto-renewing subscriptions, such as a VIP membership. The benefits, length and price are shown in the Game and in the store before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Deleting a Game does not cancel a subscription.
• If you cancel, you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for. Unused parts of a period are not refunded, except where the law or the store’s refund policy requires it.
• If the price changes, the store informs you in advance, as its rules require.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.

7. Ads

Many Games show ads, including optional rewarded ads that give a reward once watched to the end and, in some Games, ads at natural breaks in play. Purchases that remove ads work as described in the Game’s store. Ads are served by third-party ad networks, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products they promote.

8. Names and conduct

Names you choose may be visible to other players. Do not use names that are offensive, obscene or hateful, impersonate others, infringe trademarks or are otherwise unlawful. We may change or remove such names.

You must not cheat, use bots or automation tools, use modified versions of a Game, exploit bugs, reverse engineer a Game, attack or overload our servers, or commit purchase fraud.

9. Leaderboards and leagues

Rewards from leaderboards and leagues are virtual items. We may reset rankings and remove scores that come from cheating or errors.

10. Suspension and termination

If you break these terms, we may suspend your account, reset your progress or delete your account. You can delete your account at any time in a Game’s settings, where available, or by emailing us.

11. Changes to the Games

We may update the Games, add or remove features, or stop offering a Game. Where reasonably possible, we give advance notice in the Game or on our website before shutting down a Game’s online services. Online features such as cloud save and leaderboards need an internet connection.

12. Disclaimer

The Games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data or progress arising from your use of the Games. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Game in the last 12 months. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

14. Third-party services

The services from Apple, Google, Microsoft (PlayFab), GameAnalytics, Meta and Unity that the Games use are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Additional terms for the Apple App Store

If you downloaded a Game from the Apple App Store:

• These terms are between you and Galora Games, not Apple. Galora Games, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Game and its content.
• Your license is limited to using the Game on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
• If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the Game, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the Game.
• Galora Games, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims relating to the Game, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the Game, such as your mobile data plan.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts within the legal limits. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the current version is always on this page. We announce important changes in the Games. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
